Project management is the basis on which every construction project is established. A construction project manager needs to acquire an assortment of abilities and skills so as to explore through the undertaking and to set up connection between the team members for the successful completion of the projects. The Planning

Next, the team members build up a guide for all involved in the project. This includes the project management plan, an approved document signed by the project manager to give guidance in the project and control, set the deadlines, mention the cost, and schedule the time for the on-time delivery of the project.

The Execution

Now the work starts. Ordinarily, all parties hold a meeting, the team members begin their work of allotting assets, assigning resources, execution of the project management plans, setting up tracking systems, completing the task on-time, regular updates on the project, and if necessary, modifying any changes if required.

Performance & Monitoring

The monitoring phase often happens simultaneously with the execution stage. This stage is important to quantify advancement and execution and to guarantee that things are in accordance with the task the management has planned.

The Closure

This final phase marks the project’s completion.
